I make a wide range of sugarpaste flowers and foliage. All flowers are individually made from homemade sugarpaste (also known as gum paste and similar to fondant) – petal by petal, leaf by leaf, stem by stem, and created to resemble real flowers. The process can take a long time – typically a rose will take 10 days to complete. Below is a selection of some of my flowers that I have made – I never buy ready-made sugarpaste flowers for my cakes. I am always happy to learn to make new flowers, so if you are after a particular flower that is not shown here then do contact me.
Flowers already made include alstroemeria, American daisies, calla lilies, camellia, carnations, climbing roses, daffodils, dahlia, daisies, freesias, gold leaves, gypsophila, holly, hazelnuts, lavender, lilies, lisianthus, oleander, orchids, peonies, petunia, pine cones, poinsettia, poppies, ranunculus, ribbon roses, roses, rose buds, shamrock leaves, snowdrops, spray carnations, stargazer lilies, sunflower, tulips, ivy and many more.
Please note – I do not supply sugarpaste flowers without supplying the cake.
